My company Replicat Pty Ltd has been entering the competition every year (2005-2009). We see numerous benefits to our organisation. The first benefit is that AAA identified both positive and negative trends over the years which allowed us to target areas that are important to our clients and improve the service. In some years we have used AAA as an overall indicator of service. In other years we used AAA as a KPI for a particular market segment – for example, keeping track of the satisfaction of our agents and resellers only. We actually restructured our customer service two years ago based on the detailed feedback AAA provided and sales have grown 25% per annum since. The second benefit is to receive independently verified testimonials from our clients that have real impact in our marketing. The third benefit, after entering the competition for several years, is that we can now show our clients an extended track record of improving service and reliable performance, rather than just an isolated testimonial.
